A program by the Kern County Supertindent of Schools, Foster Youth Services Project DREAM and Dagny's Coffee Company gives young adults who have just left the foster care system a fresh start on adult life working at Dagny's at the Dream Center, a satellite coffee house to the popular downtown establishment.
